A bet is confirmed only once you have received a bet confirmation from BP9 showing your stake, selection and potential return. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before confirming — BP9 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets unless specifically permitted within the platform.
BP9 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
In-play or live betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments of a match — a wicket falling in cricket, a penalty in football, or a server change in esports. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be accepted or rejected at BP9's discretion. Live odds update in real time and may change significantly between the time you select a market and the time your bet is processed.
For PSL and international cricket matches, BP9 settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors are settled according to the rules displayed on the specific market. In cases where Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the DLS result is used for settlement purposes.
BP9 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general rules below.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. Only bets placed on eligible markets count towards the wagering requirement — check each promotion for the list of qualifying bet types.
You may only hold one active bonus at a time. Requesting a new bonus while another is active will result in the existing bonus being cancelled. This also means you should complete or decline any active bonus before opting into a new promotional offer.
BP9 monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing bets specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions rather than to genuinely engage with the platform, and coordinated play with other accounts to extract bonus value. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
Note on bonus withdrawals: You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly — only winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
BP9's casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack and roulette), instant win games and virtual sports. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages set by those providers.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. Connectivity issues on your end — such as losing mobile data during a live roulette spin — do not constitute grounds for a refund of the stake, as the game result is determined server-side.
