How to Log In to Your BP9 Account
Logging in to BP9 is straightforward whether you are using a browser on your phone, a desktop, or the BP9 mobile app. The process is the same across all platforms — enter your registered mobile number or email address, type your password, and tap the login button. Your account opens immediately and your PKR balance, active bets and bonus status are all right there on the dashboard.
If you registered using your JazzCash or Easypaisa number, you can use that same number to log in. The mobile number you provided at registration is your primary identifier on the platform. Make sure you enter it in the correct format — for Pakistani numbers, that is your 11-digit number starting with 03.
Forgot Your BP9 Password?
If you cannot remember your password, do not try to guess it repeatedly — too many failed attempts will temporarily lock your account as a security precaution. Instead, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. You will receive a reset link or OTP to your registered mobile number or email address. Follow the steps to create a new password and you will be back in your account within a few minutes.
When you create a new password, choose something you have not used elsewhere. A strong password uses a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and at least one special character. Avoid obvious combinations like your name, date of birth or "pakistan123" — these are the first things that get tried if someone attempts to access your account without permission.
Watch out for phishing. BP9 will never contact you via WhatsApp, SMS or any other channel asking for your password, OTP or payment details. If you receive such a message claiming to be from BP9, do not respond and do not click any links. Log in only through the official BP9 website or app.
Logging In via the BP9 App
The BP9 mobile app offers the fastest login experience for players in Pakistan. Once you have downloaded the app and logged in for the first time, you can enable biometric login — fingerprint or face unlock, depending on your device — so that future logins take less than a second. The app also keeps your session active in the background, so you do not need to log in again each time you open it, unless you manually log out or your session expires.

Only one active session at a time. BP9 accounts support one active login session per account. If you log in on a new device, your previous session on another device is ended automatically. This is a security feature, not an error.
Account Locked or Login Not Working?
If you have been locked out of your account after too many failed login attempts, the lock is usually temporary and lifts after a short waiting period. You can also use the account recovery option to regain access via your registered mobile number. If the problem persists — for example, if you no longer have access to the mobile number you registered with — contact BP9's live support chat directly from the website. The support team is available 24/7 and can guide you through the manual account recovery process after verifying your identity.
Do not create a new account if you are locked out of your original one. BP9's terms allow only one account per person, and opening a duplicate account to work around a lock will result in both accounts being suspended. Always use the official recovery process or contact support.
